If you can't find what you need in the help centre, our team can help.
You can also try "Ask our assistant" on the Help centre and Support pages. It answers from our help articles and can pass your question to our team.
If you have an account
- Customers: open Support in your client dashboard and choose "Write to our team".
- Professionals: open Help & support in your professional workspace and choose "Write to our team".
- Choose what it's about, write your message and add any files. Your conversations with our team are listed under "Your conversations", where you can read our replies and answer them. We also let you know in your notifications when we've replied.
